Step by Step Renting Guide |
STEP 1. REQUEST AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION
You can use our search tool located on our page to choose the
property suiting your needs. Once you decide on the property send us
an enquiry form available from the description of the property to
confirm the availability and price in requested period.
STEP 2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once you agree to book the chosen property you will be sent a rental
agreement that should be printed and signed by you and return to us
via fax: 0090 242 519 00 95 or by email: rental@letsgototurkey.com
together with the copy of your passport.
After receiving the signed contract and the copy of the passport you
will receive the final confirmation of your booking. If the signed
contract is not received within 72 hours, letsgototurkey reserves
the right to cancel the reservation.
STEP 3. ADDITONAL SERVICES
Should you have special request prior to your arrival like airport
transfer, car rental, fridge filling, excursions, golf bookings
please inform us and we will book the requested services before your
arrival.
STEP 4. ARRIVAL AND PAYMENT
Upon your arrival our representative will greet you, show the
property around, and check together with you the inventory list. The
keys will be handed over to you. Also at this time you will be asked
to make the full payment for the rent, extra services ordered, final
cleaning and security deposit.
Please note if you arrive at night, out of our office working hours,
our representative will visit you in the following morning and the
security guard will enable you access to the property.
STEP 5. DEPARTURE
Prior to your departure our representative will visit you in the
property, check the inventory list and if there are no missing items,
will give you back the security deposit.
STEP 6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We strongly urge you to carefully read all of the terms and
